Steve joined Foresight Research in 2002, following eighteen years experience in the senior
management group of DaimlerChrysler, with an additional thirteen years experience in market research and market planning. While at DaimlerChrysler, Steve managed the market research function, represented the customer on advance product programs, and has been the Brand Manager for Chrysler Plymouth. He is the innovator of several major programs, published for and been a board member of the American Marketing Association at both the local and national level, and has received a number of awards. Numerous publications, including the Harvard Business School Press, have reported some of Steve's work.
As a result of this experience, he has expertise in the design, execution, and more importantly, the use of market research. Steve also has significant experience in the design and execution of marketing plans. He has an MBA from the State University of New York and has been adjunct faculty at Wayne State's Graduate School of Business. Steve brings fresh insight and knowledge in the interpretation of results, highlighting the implications of customer requirements and setting the direction for strategic change.

Ron joined Foresight Research in 2003, following twenty-four years of senior management experience at two OEM's and a tier-one automotive supplier. Most recently, Ron was Vice President, Product Management and Marketing at Collins & Aikman. Previously, he held director level positions within DaimlerChrysler Marketing, Sales Operations, Product Planning, and Consumer Research. While at C&A, Ron developed and rolled-out a comprehensive product development process driven by market insights, product initiatives, business case analysis and marketing strategies. At DaimlerChrysler Ron organized the global brand strategy group for the Chrysler brand that resulted in a 40% gain in sales volume. Ron has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BIA (Industrial Engineering) from General Motors Institute - now Kettering Institute.

Chris has over fifteen years of experience in many areas of marketing research. Chris was with J.D. Power and Associates, where he directed the North American research account for a major European automotive manufacturer. As well, Chris had managed Power's Canadian research operation, overseeing both syndicated and propriety projects. Chris' expertise is with data collection and quality control management.
Craig Belanger, Statistician and Senior Analyst
Craig has more than a decade of experience in all phases of quantitative marketing research. Prior to joining Foresight Research, Craig worked as a Quantitative Research Director for Nordhaus Research. Before that, he worked as a Research Analyst for Maritz Marketing Research. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Michigan. He also holds a Master of Arts in Economics and a Master of Arts in Mathematical Statistics from Wayne State University.
