Dedicated Data Collection Facility
CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone
Interviewing) Technology
Our custom-built facility has been
designed, equipped, and staffed using the best resources available. The
fifty interviewing stations are each equipped with the WinQuery CATI
system. This system allows clients to personally verify the accuracy of
their questionnaire programming without the need for special software. Via
the WinQuery software, our research and supervisory staff are able to
visually monitor the quality of the work being completed by our
interviewers. Audio monitoring is available upon request for all clients.
We execute custom and syndicated market research programs using state of
the art research software systems:
- WinQuery CATI software
- Predictive Dialer
- Dedicated T1 phone lines
- Real-time remote monitoring

Dedicated Interviewing Teams
To ensure consistent quality,
each major research project is assigned a specific set of interviewing
associates, supervisors, and quality assurance supervisors. The team
undergoes extensive project-specific training prior to the launch of the
study. During the data collection phase, the team meets regularly with the
research staff to discuss progress, revisit the program objectives, and
review quality measures.
About the Interviewing Associates
| Locating our call center
in Port Huron, Michigan offers significant advantages. Port Huron is
a community with a solid work ethic that provides a significantly
higher caliber-interviewing associate than we would be able to
recruit in a large metropolitan area. Our facility is staffed with
such professionals as teachers, social workers, college students, as
well as senior citizens. |

Training and Skill Enhancement
All interviewing associates undergo a
strict regimen of training that consistently develops and refreshes
skills. The associates are grouped into four proficiency levels based upon
their overall experience, training, demonstrated skills, productivity, and
quality of data collected. Advancement to higher levels requires the
successful completion of interviewer training programs designed by the
Marketing Research Association (MRA).
